Job SummaryAs an HR Business Partner, you have a central role in running the people processes for your group of clients: managers, associates, and other stakeholders who support them. You help managers and associates to use the processes that Avantor developed: talent management, initiate recruitment, support onboarding,…
You also have the responsibility of processing the payroll and working together in a team of 3 HRBPs.
Your job
- You establish productive relationships with employees and managers and advise them thanks to your generalist experience
- You deliver appropriate talent development activities and tools
- You manage the payroll processes for the company
- You supervise and analyze existing HR processes based on your experience and seek improvement when necessary
- You ensure general HR administration and make processes digital when possible
- You guide Benefits plans and any type of leaves, offer benefits enrollment and tools support
- You consolidate and interpret HR data and metrics allowing leaders to analyze situations and take decisions
- You act as a real business partner towards people managers and help them better identifying solutions for their team members
- You have more than 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position with soft & hard HR responsibilities
- You have an analytical mindset and feel comfortable interpreting HR metrics
- You are system savvy and ideally have experience with some of our systems: SD Worx, Protime, and Workday
- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation allowing you to quickly answer HR/payroll related questions or where to find the answer
- You maintain HR documents and systems up to date while keeping an eye on the possibility to make them digital when possible
- You are passionate about people and enjoy discussing with your colleagues, finding solutions as a team, and taking the necessary action autonomously when required
- You deliver a professional and human approach throughout the entire employee life cycle
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
