EY’s People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. We provide advice on everything from planning development programs and remuneration packages, to efficiently managing global secondments and digitizing workflows. As such, we serve as trusted advisors and provide clients with a real competitive advantage: getting the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, for the right cost, doing the right things.

We are looking for HR consultants to join our HROnsite team, a brand new service offering within our People Advisory Services (PAS) department.

Your role

Within PAS, our HROnsite team seeks to provide temporary support to our clients’ HR departments. HR consultants work at our clients’ premises, integrate their HR team and provide support and expertise. Whether it is to strengthen a team overloaded with work, to cover a maternity leave, or to replace an employee who has left the company while waiting to recruit a replacement, our HR consultants play a pivotal role in securing the continuity of our clients’ HR Operations.

As an HR consultant you carry out temporary assignments for our clients. You support their HR department by integrating their team and providing assistance in key HR operations.

Your profile

• 
  You hold a Master’s degree
• You have 1-8 years of relevant professional experience in one or more HR fields: recruitment, learning & development, HR business partnering, payroll, compensation & benefits,…
• You are fluent in French, Dutch & English
• You have a passion for HR, enjoy change and are eager to learn
• You have a natural flair for business development, building trusted customer relationships, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
