The role

As a HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.
Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Dutch will be essential in serving our diverse workforce and facilitating HR-related interactions.

Key skills and experience:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in both English and Dutch regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
