To join and support our growth journey, we’re looking for an HR Generalist.

Your main responsibilities:

• Compensation and Benefits: you will be responsible for payroll and compensation and benefits advice to management.
• HR admin: employment contracts and addenda, enrollment in insurances, various payroll, legal and social security related documents.
• HR expertise: advise managers and employees on all HR, personnel administration, or labor legislation issues.
• Recruitment and Selection: you launch open positions, screen resumes, conduct interviews and reference checks. You prepare and discuss contract offers.
• You liaise with different partners (other HR teams in Elisa IndustrIQ, recruiters, payroll and recruitment agencies, …) and make them contribute to the TenForce HR goals.

Who are we looking for:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international environment.
• You have a strong knowledge of Belgian labor legislation and payroll and are eager to learn more about international payroll.
• You are able to work independently.
• You have excellent communication skills (Dutch and English), both in writing and speaking.
• You are eager to handle new challenges.
• You have a proactive, problem solving, results-driven approach.
• You are comfortable working together with our management team to grow and improve our organization.
