We are currently seeking for HR Generalist for our partner offering professional services located in Brussels.This booming company, providing high quality services to professional customers, is developing its business. Our partners aim to deliver the best client experience to their customers. To sustain their growth, their HR team needs a HR Generalist to play a central role in the team. There are looking for the best person who wants a broad scope of responsibilities included trainings management and willing to develop in a fast environement.The Senior Generalist Will
  • Manager payroll maters and all related documents.
  • Be in charge of the recruitment cycle.
  • Deal with administrative tasks.
  • Manage the trainings needs and organization.
  • Participate in projects.
  • At least 1 years ‘experience in a similar position ideally.
  • Bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, psychology or similar fields.
  • Fluent in French and English and a good level of Dutch.
  • Knowledge in Belgium labour laws is a strong asset.
