For our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for a HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator (m/f/x).

Your
responsibilities
As HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator, you will be part of the Compensation and Benefits Department. Your work will revolve around organising and communicating HR data (reporting). You will also liaise between HR and IT with regard to the automation of various HR tools.
- You will translate HR data into insights that you will then clearly and visually communicate to a range of stakeholders
- You will be responsible for supplying top-quality data obtained from different HR systems and databases, monitor the quality of the data sources used by conducting quality checks, and suggest improvements
- You will carry out recurring analyses whereby you will discuss the findings of your reports, KPI’s and trends with the HR Reporting Team
- You will serve as the link between HR and ICT regarding the maintenance and follow-up of HR applications (e.g. salary management (MS Dynamics), time registration (Primetime) and expenses (Rydoo)). You will make sure to clearly outline questions from end users (HR and employees) to internal and external IT colleagues
- As coordinator, you will follow up on each phase of a project, from the definition of the functional specifications, the testing of the application, up to and including final implementation
- You will be in charge of clear communication to and training of end users (HR or employees) and to this end will participate in working groups, train colleagues, issue internal communications, etc.
About
you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in human resources or economics
- Ideally some knowledge of payroll management, labour relations legislation and other HR processes
- Good analytical skills, a critical mindset and the ability to see the big picture
- Some proficiency or interest in mastering Excel Power Query and BI systems (e.g. Power BI)
- A proactive attitude allowing you to quickly get to grips with new material
- A sense of team spirit and discretionfluency in Dutch and French and a good command of English
