Job Description
As HR Reward Expert, you will work on the following :
- You are responsible for the Rewards strategy for Belux
- You drive the yearly benchmarking exercise of the compensation packages& the merit process
- You ensure that salaries and benefits remain competitive and aligned with our philosophy
- You work with the broader Europe region to roll-out and implement global projects
- At a local level, you are in charge of the HR analytics and the optimization of the HR Information Systems.
- You identify trends and implement new practices to engage and retain Belux employees
- You have the end responsibility for the monthly payroll executed by the junior payroll specialist
- You continuously optimize the payroll processes and tools
On top, you will work on Future Rewards Projects such as :
- The revision of the insurance package
- Enhance the existing Flexible Rewards program
- Develop the Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy
- The bonus harmonization
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Reward Expert role has the following profile :
- Master’s degree in HR, Social law or Business Management
- At least 10 years experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Strong analytic skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and use of systems and tools such as Workday, Eblox, SAP, Excel, Reporting
- Proficiency in Dutch with a good command of English (knowledge of French is definitively a plus)
- An eagerness to learn and keep on developing yourself
