Role Overview:
House of Co is seeking an HR Rockstar to help build and nurture a thriving community. You’ll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent that aligns with our mission of creating an inspiring and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit: Identify and recruit top talent that shares our vision and values.
- Support: Be the go-to person for team members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
- Organize: Maintain and optimize HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Advise: Provide insights and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations and policy development.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in human resources is a plus.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in HR, with proficiency in English.
- A people-first mindset and a passion for creating a positive work culture.
