About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of energy solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Job Description

Assist colleagues with IT-related questions and problems
Process all IT notifications, resolve these issues or involve experts, and communicate the solution to the internal customer.
Handle, coordinate, and execute all user requests
Perform standard installation and configuration procedures.
Participate in migration and rollout projects, installing hardware and software.
Visit our depots regularly to provide local support.

The Successful Applicant

You have a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
You have several years of experience in an IT support role.
You have in-depth knowledge of Office 365.
You have experience with a ticketing system (Fresh, ServiceNow, etc.).
Experience with SharePoint, Active Directory, and security groups is a plus.
You have an ITIL Foundation certificate minimum v3 or are willing to obtain it.
You are customer and service-oriented and able to prioritize effectively under (time) pressure.
You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
