ICT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst


  • Working Location:Brussels, Belgium
  • Security Clearance:NATO Secret / SC
  • Language:High proficiency level in English language


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Basic ICT project management principles (es.: quality/time/budget management, project KPI definition, project risk management)
· Basic IT architecture knowledge (es.: cloud computing architectures and products, experience with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure; cybersecurity architectures, experience with market leading products and technologies)
· Basic Enterprise Architecture concepts (es.: business architecture definition, technology architecture design)
· The ability to understand and exploit the above in line with given tasks in line with business objectives
· University degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3+ years post related experience
· Experience working in large organizations, either military or civilian
· Knowledge and multiyear experience with organizing, managing and supporting various (international) operations, activities, units or projects related to defence, security and ICT
· Experience within NATO dealing with ICT (and cybersecurity) project implementation and standards, including exposure to NATO’s procurement process
· Experience with leading staff work on large and complex projects
· Advanced user level knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Organize workshops with technical and senior management stakeholders, including supporting the execution, creating products reflecting the outcomes of the sessions, facilitating their sharing, understanding and value-creation across the NATO Enterprise
  • Draft specific deliverables, such as inter-agency agreements, policy proposals, SLAs, facilitating their evolution and agreement across a community of civilian and military stakeholders
  • Follow specific communities of interest, participating to official meetings and reporting to the team on specific issues, tasking, follow-up actions
  • Other tasks as required
