As SharePoint Developer you are responsible for the improvement of our SharePoint environment. Together with your colleague, you analyze the needs, create the solution and test it. You train and support the end usersonce the tools are implemented. The applications you create, help our Vynckeneers to focus on their key tasks. Your function

• You are responsible for updating and upgrading our SharePoint platform, which is used within VYNCKE as a collaboration, communication and document management system.
• You make the life of our end users easier, by analyzing their needs and converting these into a suitable solution within SharePoint. During an improvement project within SharePoint, you stay in touch with your stakeholders by training and supporting them once the tools are implemented.
• As ICT is of strategic importance within VYNCKE, you contribute to the implementation of the latest technologies and you keep yourself up to date with the latest best practices concerning your domain of expertise.
• Together with your ICT colleagues, you are optimizing routine-based workby developing modern solutions. You become an expert within the domains of SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, the Microsoft Power platform (Power-apps, Power-BI…) and Teams (as our most important remote communication tool).
• You are part of a team of 7 ICT colleagues and you report to the ICT Manager. Because of the international context of VYNCKE, the ICT team is always seeking for solutions that work for our end users, who are located all over the world.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ICT, or you have a relevant experience.
• You want to specialize yourself in SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Office 365.
• You are passionate about looking for more efficient and digital solutions, in order to help your colleagues.
• You love working within a team and communicating with end users all over the world.
• You are interested in the overall processes of a business and you are eager to listen to the requests of our Vynckeneers.
• You have a curious mindset and you are persistent to finding the right solution.
• You are willing to learn and to personally develop within our driven ICT team.
