The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat Regional Platform is looking for an Information Analysis & Reporting Intern to provide information and data analysis support to the Global Programs Operations Team to enhance the uptake of information by key stakeholders in Oxfam. The successful intern will assist in the data management for improving useful information management/decision-support tools (specifically, data related to country quarterly management reports)

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, or involving some of those subjects is desirable
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in English;
  • Good attitude and disposition, good problem-solving skills
  • Good English writing and presentation skills;
  • Training and/or experience with social science research, business administration, knowledge and/or information management, or other related fields
  • Good data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative), using Excel
  • Knowledge and experience with information technology,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word);
  • Good presentation / visualisation skills
  • You are highly motivated, result-oriented and are a team player;
  • You are a self-starter that can work independently and are eager to take initiative;
  • You are willing to learn and share your knowledge with others;
