Position Overview

We are currently looking for Integration & Quality Engineer to join our well-established team of 7 specialists working on topics such as software development, business analysis, system integration and quality assurance. You will be working on a complex product offered to one of our key retail customer (including software for cash registers, self-check outs, self-scanning, payment terminals and more).

Location:This role is based in Diebold Nixdorf office in Zellik.

You are responsible for:

• Completing subtasks in quality assurance and testing of components
• Testing including concept, preparation and execution
• Testing the complete set of customer solutions together
• Creating test data and analysing the results
• Quality and process improvement
• Reporting and documentation
• Supporting investigation and solving defects

Required qualification:

• Academic degree in a technical study (e.g. computer science, informatics, electrical or mechanical engineering) or equivalent skills/knowledge gained through work experience- minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with scripting- creating and using JavaScript, VB script
• Great understanding OS Windows 10, MS Server 2016, Linux and successors
• Experience with SQL- understanding of SQL databases
• Fluent communication in Dutch, French and English language- written and spoken
• Customer focused behavior with strong communication skills

Nice to have qualification:

• Some basic knowledge in programming C++, Java, MS VS
• Experience with ticketing tools- ideally Jira
• Knowledge of network (TCP/IP, LAN, WIFI)
