We are building the next generation power plant, powered by end-consumers, instead of the traditional large-scale power plants.

This one doesn’t take fossil fuels or radioactive isotopes, but instead manages the renewable energy and flexible devices (cars, heat pumps, ...) of end-consumers to generate more or less energy.

The job

Do you also feel that the energy space is full of opportunities, and you are ready to make a difference navigating those? Let’s talk - we’re looking for a Business Developer in the DACH region.

As BD, you’ll be responsible for falling in love with our customers’ problems, continuously building your market understanding in the DACH region, positioning our product elegantly, and being a trusted advisor for our customers.

The profile

  • 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, particularly in the DACH region, with the ability to navigate its nuances.
  • Good understanding of electricity market design.
  • Experience with tech companies. Having worked at start-ups and scale-ups is a plus.
  • Appetite for travel and have regular physical touch points with the team in the astonishing city of Ghent.
  • Proven experience establishing trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and passionate about driving the energy transition forward.
