Exciting minds with our Internship Programme

Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in: Business School or in an academic equivalent in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: You are fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset.

Other requirements: Dynamic and motivated team player. You ideally have a previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Pharmacy. You like to take initiatives and be efficient.

Start date: March 2022

Duration:6 months

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

On our internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.

Your duties might include:

Working for Otrivine brand and products, you will assist the Brand Manager Benelux on her day- to-day tasks for Belgium and The Netherlands. This includes:

  • Setting up creative brief to manage the advertising campaigns or marketing projects.
  • Working with external agencies to ensure the content process.
  • Shaping the next year brand strategy. Working with the Sales department and the Key Account Associate, provide marketing inputs to outperform the results. Ensure the strategy implementation.
  • Working with the regulatory department to check if all the legal details are respected according to the countries.
  • Ensuring internal alignment between the respiratory team, the supply chain team, the sales team and the regulatory department.
  • Search Engine Management implementing the SEO strategy and collecting feedbacks
  • After-action review (ROI)

  • Implementation of campaigns from briefing to evaluation.
  • Understanding and contributing to the creation of the yearly Benelux brand activation plan and understanding the role of a brand manager.

You will be working at GSK Consumer Healthcare for the Marketing department. You will work as support for the Otrivine Benelux Brand Manager and assist her in the day-to-day tasks. Otrivine is the equivalent of the French ProRhinelBrand. The tasks include thedevelopment and implementation of the traditional and digital advertising assets (TV, bannering, social, website etc..).In doing so, you will also collaborate with other departments and several suppliers, from Customer Marketing, Expert marketing, Sales, Regulatory affairs to Media and Creative agencies, which gives a cross-functional dimension to your assignment.
