THE POSITION

We are looking for a young, dynamic person to join our team. A Private Equity Analyst with the potential to progress towards an Investment Manager role in the long term.
You will support the team in critically evaluating new cases based on strategic, financial and commercial considerations
You will perform in-depth market and business analyses
You will be involved in managing each stage of the transaction process, including preparation of internal investment files for partners and banks
You will follow up on the results of our participations – preparing the reporting

CRITERIA

Master’s degree (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Commercial Sciences) with financial knowledge
You are interested in the analysis of models, business plans, and investment cases
Ideally, you already have some initial experience in the world of Private Equity, M&A or at a Big-4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte or KPMG)
Drive, flexibility, sense of initiative, no-nonsense attitude
