IS Functional Analyst

For The business Unit Marketing & Sales, located in Brussels we are currently looking for A Functional Analyst!

• Within our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers,…), you act as the ‘bridge’ between the business-profiles and technical-profiles.
• As functional point of contact you analyze and translate requirements and processes into specifications. You propose end-to-end solutions as a team, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.
• Via an iterative/ adaptable approach you challenge the requirements and specifications, and via MVP way of working you ensure rapid time to market and immediate value-creation.
• You monitor & analyze incidents and defects and identify the necessary actions to resolve them, you execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.
• Because you continuously strive for efficiency and extreme customer experience you identify improvement opportunities on best practices, , applications, solutions, journeys and processes.

• master or equal through experience.
• You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
• You are a good listener, you think and act with a customer-centric mindset.
• You like to facilitate meetings and feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.
• You like to work against deadlines (sprints) and have an agile mindset.
• You’re fluent in English. You speak Dutch and/or French.
