Job Description

For our customer in Oudsbergen, we are looking for a IT Field operations technician

The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For

Provide first line support for local users as well remote support for users in the region: hardware and software support in the location, laptops, computers (imaging/re-imaging), MFD maintenance and mobile phones support, server / network equipment maintenance, solve tickets received according to the KPIsFulfill the daily tasks coming from management, users and external sources in the area of direct responsibility for HW/SW related topicsTake appropriate measures, maintenance and updates of Configuration Items to assure Business continuity and Information SecurityTraining of end-users; provision of technical support related to Infrastructure projectsWorking closely with IT management to achieve organizational goals, support and cooperation on IT Projects, cooperation on Business related Projects in IT area, enforce IT security standards IT Administrative / Technical Tasks: executes medium complex defined tasks in a variety of contexts, some of them non-routine, improves and adjusts existing methods based on experienceSupport IT management for: management of IT related Assets, assignment, inventory and their Lifecycle, ensuring software licensing laws are followedProfielTechnical degree: IT or Computer Science

A couple years of experience within IT-help desk, client support, end user support, system administration,…

Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel

Good level of English and Dutch, written and spoken
