Your Role


We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Implementation Engineer to join our Manufacturing Applications team. This role combines Functional Analysis, Project Management, and Go-Live Support for IT applications across our global manufacturing sites. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth IT implementations.


Key Responsibilities

Functional Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements

  • Translate needs into functional IT specifications

  • Ensure IT solutions align with business goals

  • Assist with data mapping and system setup

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute IT projects globally

  • Develop and track project milestones

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Manage timelines and budgets

Go-Live Support:

  • Provide on-site and remote implementation support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Train key users and ensure smooth adoption

  • Assist with data loads and corrections


To Succeed, You Need

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience in functional analysis & project management

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes & IT applications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in teams

  • Willingness to travel globally
