As IT Lab Assistant Support you’ll have following tasks:

Performs diagnosing of installations and resolution of desktop computer, operating system, instrument connections, application software and hardware technologies.
Evaluates complex technical input from the team in selecting and utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for timely service delivery.
Works independently with little to no direct supervision in analysis and problem investigation of desktop solutions.
Acts as a technical liaison with user groups and other IT partners for systems support and implementation. Provides an effective interface among users, vendors, IT partners and consultants as to provide and end2end solution for the end user.
Maintains a correct asset inventory using provided tools and take corrective actions when needed.

Have you got what it takes?

As IT Lab Assistant Support you meet following performance Criteria:

Fluent in English both spoken and written, dutch is a plus
You have a college degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience .
You are fluent in English both spoken and written
You are responsible, respectful, innovative and flexible
You are good in time management and have no problem to meet deadlines
Organization - keep work area neat and free from clutter. Be efficient in your work files and organize so you, and others, can easily locate items
You have 3+ years’ experience in a lab or GmP manufacturing environment
You are an expert in Windows desktop operating systems
You have knowledge of LAN environments, communication protocols, LAN based E-mail systems and Manufacturing (SAP) or common Lab instruments (Empower, Masslynx,..)
