A global high-technology group operating in aerospace.


Your new role

As IT Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Information System Manager. You will lead a team of 3 IT professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the local IT team.
  • Ensuring the operational readiness of the IT equipment.
  • Providing high-level user support.
  • Facilitating necessary migrations and upgrades.
  • Participating in and coordinating local IT projects.
  • Managing service providers.
  • Implementing new Group projects in the subsidiary.
  • Monitoring IT service performance indicators.


Your profile

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English, intermediate level in Dutch.
  • You have a successful track record in a leadership role in IT teams and/or as an IT project manager.
  • Solid technical knowledge and understanding of various IT domains, enabling you to comprehend architectures, technical challenges, and the daily operations of an IT team. You are adaptable to emerging technologies.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft environments (on-premise and cloud), VMWare virtualization, and Cisco networks.
  • Proficient in project management techniques, including analysis, modeling, and the ability to articulate requirements clearly.
  • Self-reliant, detail-oriented, pragmatic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
