Function

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our office staff and employees in our warehouses. You will play a crucial role in resolving IT-related issues, onboarding and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.

A selection of your tasks include:

• As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware.
• Ordering and rolling out new IT equipment
• Performing interventions on site as well as remotely
• Drafting and executing scripts
• Resolving problems using a ticketing system
• Determining priorities and setting up a planning
• Maintaining application information (settings, version, users, problems, suppliers)

What we expect from you:…

• You studied relevant subjects and/or have initial work experience in IT.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Remote Desktop Services
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, but can also express yourself in French
• Customer-friendly communication is not a problem for you. You help everyone correctly
• Experience with configuration and deployment of softphone (MS Teams) is a plus
• Experience with network maintenance is a plus
• You are hands-on and tackle things. To do so, you draw up a concrete and achievable schedule
• Itching to keep learning new things and growing in the job
• You are willing to relocate occasionally for support
