What will be your role?

As part of iChoosr’s overall growth, we would like to further strengthen the IT Support Team with an innovative IT Support Lead who can set the priorities and can make the team work more independent. As the IT Support lead you will be a crucial part of the IT department whereby you will be leading a small team of IT Support Engineers based in Amsterdam and Antwerp. You will report directly into the CTO and will be monitoring and improving the day-to-day activities of the IT Support team. As IT Support Lead you are the person that will enable everyone within iChoosr to focus on their jobs by ensuring that everyone has access to all the necessary hard- and software.

Your tasks include:

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the IT Support Team;
• Prioritize duties and incoming tasks in cooperation with the IT Support Engineers;
• Organize and monitor IT procurement processes (hardware, software, services);
• Optimize and improve procedures, implement new best practices and tools;
• Enforce current new information security and privacy policies.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience,;
• Previous experience with providing hands-on IT support for applications and devices;
• Experience with information security or policy audits like ISO27001 or ISO27701, is a big plus;
• Willingness to travel between Antwerp and Amsterdam frequently and occasionally to other iChoosr offices in Europe .
• Fluency in English (a fluency in Dutch would be a plus);
