System Administrator - Mons

For one of the leading companies in its sector, I am looking for a System Administrator. Apart from the interesting job content, you will join a close-knit team and a green company. You will report directly to the IT Manager.

Job content:

  • Point of contact for internal employees.
  • On a daily basis, you are responsible for Incident Management, Request Management, Service Desk processes.
  • You collaborate with other colleagues in all Global IS functions to meet agreed SLAs.
  • You always take a critical look at the processes and make improvement proposals for operational procedures. You have the opportunity to work out (improvement) projects.
  • You implement new Service Excellence working methods.

Your profile:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • You have knowledge within client and server OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019), Office applications (2013, 2016, 2019, O365) and a base in Networking, WAN/LAN.
  • You are a social communicator, able to interact with colleagues. You also help them further with 1st and 2nd line issues.
  • You can handle pressure and are stress-resistant. In addition, you are a real team player.
  • You are open to doing standby duty 1 week every 3 weeks. There is an extra allowance for this.
  • French and English is a must.
