About the Job

In this position, you will be based at Alpro headquarters in Ghent and report to the Senior Brand Manager for Alpro, who leads the global communications campaigns.
  • As part of the Global Brand equity team, you will become an expert in building content for the Alpro brand (social media, website, integrated shopper & OOH campaigns) with an international scope.
  • Some tasks/ responsibilities
  • Development of international brand campaigns from briefing to final delivery, you will be involved in the international brand campaigns. You will create a clear brief, follow up on the development & provide feedback to the agencies that you work with. You will closely monitor the production (photoshoots and digital production) and ensure smooth and timely delivery of the assets.
  • You will keep local markets up to date of status and timings of the campaign delivery
  • Respecting timing and budget requirements, and ensuring approvals (legal, equity-wise) for the created assets
  • Always putting the consumer first to create meaningful, stand-out brand experiences
About you

About You

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to
  • Have a bachelor or master degree in marketing or economics
  • Have a first experience in marketing or brand management position
  • Be a true digital native with a curiosity to discover new things
  • Have positive hands-on mentality
  • Be agile & flexible to adjust campaigns rapidly, if required
  • Love sharing insights with others, be able to translate your input into a logical & comprehensive deck or brief
  • Be proactive, organized and have excellent organization management skills, proving your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team
  • Be fluent in English. Any other language (French, Dutch) are assets
  • Be a creative problem solver who gets energy from managing a wide variety of tasks and projects
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and a creative mindset – as well as the ability to keep a pragmatic business and consumer oriented approach front of mind
  • Be sociable, have strong communication skills and like to work in a team
