Your new role:
You will be working within a well known Clinical Research Organization (CRO) active at global level, you will be trained to coordinate non-clinical responsibilities of project administration under the direction of the assigned Clinical Manager or Sr. Clinical Manager. You will provide technical support to the team and this in agreement with the client contract. You will have varied responsibilities including document content review, interactions with monitors and investigative sites to resolve identified outstanding regulatory issues, the dissemination of adequate documentation to teams and stakeholders, the organization of meetings and agendas and participate to the identification of potential new investigators. For this role, we are looking for candidates interested in developing a career in clinical research and that will grow in the company towards a clinical research associate (CRA) role or specialise in study start up processes if not interested in field work.

What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with a scientific or paramedical education and with good administrative and interpersonal skills. An eye for detail, rigour, multitasking and proactivity are essential for this role. Good language skills are an absolute must with good knowledge of English, French and Dutch. Working skills across all of the Microsoft packages are necessary.

First experience in clinical research is welcome but not required.
