As a Junior Customer Development Manager you are responsible for building strong engagement by developing and implementing Joint Business Plans with Key Customers; conduct effective negotiations to implement Terms and Conditions aimed at achieving profitable growth for Colgate-Palmolive and her Customers. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Customer Development Manager.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
  • Managing and growing business with key customers as well as full P&L responsibility for the accounts
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relations
  • Identifying & prioritizing business opportunities
  • Proposing and implementing adequate plans to tackle business opportunities and to offset potential risks and challenges
  • Creating forecast projections and reports in collaboration with marketing, finance and logistics
Profile
  • Master Degree
  • A first successful FMCG experience or equivalent
  • Fluency in Dutch and English - as well as a strong level of French
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Service and results oriented with a focus on creating long term client relationships
  • A competitive attitude that translates in growing the business
  • Eagerness to learn and continuous developing of skills
