About Our Client

Our client is a global communication agency specialised in the organisation of B2B events. They are located in the heart of Brussels and today they are looking for a Junior Event Assistant to join their team.

Job Description

  • Support the event planners by doing site visits and venue proposals
  • Assist in all event needs like: entertainment, food & beverage, accommodations, transportation etc.)
  • Calendar management of all the Europe events
  • Support the Senior Events Manager with a wide variety of administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • An excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • The ability to adapt in any environment
  • Very good social and communication skills
  • A first relevant experience in administration is a plus
