Job

As Junior Finance Manager, you will be assisted by a coach who will support and guide you through all challenges and possible issues. You can count on intensive supervision and training for one year. Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the entire financial part of the company within an international group. With the necessary support, you will be responsible for accounting and financial controlling and you will have a grip on the company with a touch of HR.

Ready to dive into the details?

  • Together with your coach, you have final responsibility for the accounting and financial activities within the entity. You also provide financial reporting to the group. You will dive into the figures and monitor cash flow, working capital and intercompany transactions.
  • More specifically, you are responsible for monthly and annual closures, accounting and tax returns, statistics, cash management, outstanding receivables and payables, budget forecasts, management of insurance policies. You also oversee the implementation of control and reporting tools to ensure reliable financial data and management decisions.
  • You will develop as a fully-fledged financial business partner within the group.
  • Besides these rather financial and accounting tasks, you are also responsible for business administration and HR.
  • You supervise an employee, who supports you in various tasks.

Profile

  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within a financial/business field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience within accounting or auditing and you are willing to take on a next, higher role.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excel is your buddy, you can handle it very well. You are also willing to learn more about Exact Business Software.
  • Taking responsibility and initiative is in your DNA. You like the alternation between management tasks and practical responsibilities. At Aquasystems, you work within a broader framework where you have impact across different levels and departments.
