We are looking for a dynamic Junior Management Assistant for our international client based in Zaventem. Are you looking for an administrative job in a high-level environment? And are you a good communicator in at least Dutch and English?
Then you are the person we are looking for! As Management Assistant you will be responsible for the daily coordination of the department.

Tasks of the Junior Management Assistant:

  • Daily management support of the managers
  • Organising and preparing meetings
  • Agenda management
  • Answering internal and external phone calls
  • Preparing invoices
  • Reporting
  • Travel arrangement
  • Composing PowerPoint presentations
  • Updating internal database
  • Various administrative tasks

Profile of the ideal Junior Management Assistant:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in an administrative direction like e.g., Office Management, or you already have relevant experience as a Management Assistant
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • You have excellent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You work precisely and meticulously
  • You are motivated to work in a high-level environment
