Key accountabilities

We are looking for an engaged junior scrum master/coordinator with potential, to support the enablement of the IT People Strategy, and more specifically the IT People strategy priorities of 2022.

As part of the IT People strategy core team your 2 key accountabilities will be to ensure:

  • Project planning maintenance, monitoring and reporting incl the budget aspects
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up

Your role will be to:

  • Maintain the high-level project plan for 2022 (with key milestones, key dependencies, key decision points, etc); you will monitor the plan and ensure escalation in case of (risk of) deviation;
  • Maintain the related high-level budget overview, monitor & report the spent and escalate in case of (risk of) deviation;
  • Handle the related governance reporting
  • Prepare the support material for governance meetings: sponsorship meeting, steerco’s etc. To do so, you will produce Powerpoint presentations based on stories told by a member of the IT people strategy team;
  • Capture key highlights from meetings and take the minutes of the meetings.

  • Active listener - ability to extract essential messages from a meeting/conversation
  • Ability to continuously learn
  • A real team player (team-spirit, share info, help when needed etc)
  • Very well organized, pragmatic, liking to bring structure/discipline
  • Fluent, professional English skills required (verbal and written)
