Danone Out Of Home (OOH) is a department within the customer development department of Danone Belux that specializes in the sale of Danone products in horeca, catering, impuls, convenience channels and explores the new potentials in untapped business. Our team is active on the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. In our portfolio we have strong brands Alpro, Activia, Danio, Evian, Oikos and much more … We hold a market leader position in most markets in which we operate.
AsKey Account Manager New Business you are responsible for:
Customer Management
- Acquisition of new customers in the OOH channel in Belgium and Luxemburg
- Establishment of long-term business relations with newly acquired customers
- Contact for trading partners
- Independent preparation of business plans on an annual basis
- Independent preparation and management of all customer meetings
- Elaboration of all sales activities for customers
- Coordination of sales activities with the Sales Force and the customer
- Focus on category development at the customer
- Support on Field Management/ services
Cross-functional internal collaboration
- Intensive cooperation with all internal departments such as Category Management, Marketing.
- Collaboration in / management of internal projects such as the development of the strategic annual category plans
- Close collaboration with Finance to follow up on orders and payments of new customers
Analysis and planning activity
- Sales forecast with review and monitoring.
- Analysis of the trading environment
- Responsibility for customer profitability
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales in retail or consumer goods sector
- Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A high degree of independence and a focus on results
- Strong drive, communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent assertiveness and perseverance
- Fluent in French and Dutch
