We are looking for a Key Account Manager Germany Junior based in Nivelles.Your future role is a combination of new business generation, and exceptional account management of an existing customer base within the Leisure & Entertainment ( Park & Amusement, Camping & Hotels, Festivals, Events ) or the People ID ( Food & Beverage, Retails, Banking and all Corporate Companies, etc.. ) in Germany.
To fully manage existing account base, to exceed customer expectations, deliver exceptional customer service, improve retention, lifetime value and increase share of wallet.
To identify new business opportunities, for growth through a combination of pro-active outbound prospecting and effectively dealing with inbound enquiries.
To achieve revenue targets on new and existing business sales generation in line with profit margin directives.
Your futur responsabilites;
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identification of new business opportunities within given sectors.
- Cross/Up selling to Existing Account Base
- Achieve KPIs based on activity to increase sales pipeline.
- Understand Customer needs and identify relevant solutions.
- Creation of Quotes to customers for new and repeat requirements, via Odoo CRM
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through all Sales / Account Management touch-points from initial contact through to payment collection
- Maintain product knowledge and seek improvements
- Sell product(s) in line with profit margin directives
- Attend all relevant trade exhibitions
- Ad-hoc customer/ prospect visits
- Ad-hoc networking events out of hours
- Prompt contact with Enquiries
- Full and accurate updating of Odoo post call
- To meet all requirements and processes for the provision of ‘good in’ to the system for requirements of Studio, Production & Finance functions, to ensure customer satisfaction and payment
- To support relevant parties with dealing with customer complaints when required to ensure a timely resolution for the customer
- Provide ‘voice of customer’ feedback to relevant parties when obtained relating to service, product offering, new products etc. to help drive future business improvements
- Gather and provide competitor information to relevant parties when acquired

- Language: German (Native or bilingual) and French/English. Other languages are an asset.
- 2-3 years proven sales experience desirable
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent. Degree Level desirable
