For a stable & growing client active in the telecommunications, I am looking for a Client & Customer Service advisor able to work in Hasselt.

They have ayoung, dynamic and multicultural environmentand are looking for people who can go the extra mile and help the company grow ; so your idea’s are welcome !

Within a team of >10 people , you will manage the Belgian market in Dutch & French, however FR/ENG only is also possible.

Role :

  • Help our the customer with any issue or question they might face
  • Manage sporadically the general mailbox with a high customer service level
  • Being able to support in the Social Media customer care (Twitter )
  • Think outside to box on how we could improve the Care and share your idea’s !
  • Be an ambassador towards our customers and keep our service level high

Profile :

  • You are a polyglot that can easily switch languages Dutch + French (good basics)
  • You are organized and polyvalent and can manage different takes right after each other
  • You hold a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience in a customer service area
  • You have a high service level and likes to help people
