Your journey with us

As Knowledge and Learning Project Support you will strengthen our Knowledge & Learning Team within Deloitte Accountancy. We offer a wide range of training opportunities to support our colleagues in developing both their people skills and technical competencies.

In your role as learning project support, you will take up the operational day-to-day organisation and follow-up of talent development training, including:

  • managing the enrolments, the planning, the facilities and logistics;
  • supporting our learning communication;
  • tracking and managing data in Delight, our learning management system;
  • assisting our Talent Development Team with specific learning projects.

In your role as knowledge project support, you will support our National Knowledge Team in managing our communication channels to inform both our colleagues and our clients about current topics by:

  • summarizing newsflashes and coordinating the translation;
  • managing the planning of “Actualiteiten”, our monthly newsletter;
  • posting communications on our website and our intranet;
  • ensuring the follow-up of translations outsourced to translation agencies;
  • taking up the role of moderator during webinars.

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have a degree in office management, administration, or equivalent by experience. Young graduates are more than welcome, we will invest in your growth;
  • You are a strong communicator & team player;
  • You handle projects in an organised way and aim for top quality and timely delivery;
  • You have an eye for detail, you work punctual, accurate and methodical;
  • You have the ability to adapt to change;
  • Microsoft Office has no secrets for you;
  • You are eager to learn how to use new learning tools, systems and software;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and French and are fluent in English.
