Voor onze klant zijn we dringend op zoek naar een L2 Technical Service Desk Engineer:
  • L2 profile for Avaya voice (50%-) Cisco LAN (40%)/SDWAN (MPLS-10%)
  • Troubleshooting/Local hand van issues voor end-users
  • First/second line analysis
  • Interaction with Service Operations teams (85% tickets dispatching to ICT Supplier)



Requirements

  • Avaya / Genesys kennis en relevante ervaring
  • First/second line ervaring
  • Analytisch ingesteld
  • Verder beschik je over goede consultancy skills en kan je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels communiceren.

Benefits

Freelance opdracht in Oostende met uitbreiding naar Oostkamp vanaf 2023.
Optie tot verlenging na eerste contractperiode van 3 maanden.
3 dagen per week onsite.
