LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven L&D consultantto join our Customised Executive Education department, responsible for the design and delivery of a wide portfolio of impactful learning journeys.

The job
  • Take the lead in programme and relationship management activities for our Customised Executive Education programmes.
  • Act as a single point of contact for participants, customers, and faculty.
  • Play an important role in representing Vlerick Business School and deliver a high-quality experience to our participants.
  • Travel on a regular basis, mainly in the Benelux.
  • Manage several corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of programmes – you facilitate the delivery of 40 programme days per year and act as the single point of contact for our participants.
  • Support the development of proposals featuring executive education offerings.
  • Design learning experiences tailored to the needs of our corporate clients.
  • Will preferably work on our Brussels campus.
You
  • Have a master’s degree with approximately 2 to 5 years of professional experience in L&D.
  • Are passionate about development and education.
  • Communicate fluently in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Can work in a flexible, organized, and autonomous way.
  • Have excellent writing skills.
  • Are willing to work flexible hours (including evenings).
  • Have a ‘getting things done’ attitude, combined with a mature and customer-oriented mindset.
