The Opportunity
As a real estate company, we organise our lease contracts in a dedicated software (Yardi). We are looking for a new team member to reinforce the current team and support our growing business activities.
You will ensure the timely update of records and databases related to leases and properties as well as processing of rent roll and charges. You will be involved and assist in future improvements of the Property Management System (Yardi).
Accountabilities & Duties
- Lease administration:
- Ensure all lease related data is daily and correctly updated in Yardi;
- Follow-up with the European Property Services team that any Lease related activity is reflected into the different tracking files and Yardi
- Rent roll and charges:
- Prepare the rent roll and all rent related invoices in Yardi (including management of indexation process);
- Manage the Rent Roll approval process;
- Sending created sales invoices to the different legal entities for filing;
- Transferring the rent roll and maintain the manual interface from Yardi to Unit4 Financials;
- Credit Notes and Ad hoc Sales Invoice:
- Collect the Credit Notes and Ad Hoc Sales Invoice upload files from the Property Managers;
- Ensure the efficient, timely and correct recording of the sales invoices in Unit4 Financials (by using upload files);
- Maintain the manual interface between Yardi and Unit4 Financials;
- Assist in Audits of Property Services by providing relevant information;
- Be “super user” of the Property Management System (Yardi Voyager) and provide first level support to the CE Property Services team;
- Back-up of the intercompany and related parties billing process
We are looking for someone with already a first experience in an international corporate environment and who is finance and IT savvy. You like to deep dive into IT system and you get energy from checking data and making sure that all information is correctly translated in the system. You will be in close contact with the local country teams to explain and help them with our property system(Yardi). You speak fluently English; any other European language is a plus.
