Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usAs our Legal and Risk Officer you will be a permanent member of our Deloitte Accountancy’s QRR (Quality, Risk, Reputation) team, and will be reporting to the Functional Risk Leader. You will be involved in all operational legal risk matters within our Accountancy business unit.In close cooperation with the Quality and Risk (QRR) core team:
  • You will manage the legal files;
  • You liaise between the local contract managers and the national internal Deloitte’s Legal Office;
  • You will analyze and review our contractual documents (agreements, terms and conditions,…) in close collaboration with the internal Legal Office.
  • You are responsible for the legislative and regulatory watch (Institute for Tax Advisors & Accountants -ITAA) regarding the Deloitte Accountancy services.
  • You assist in implementing, at the business unit level, national and international risk management policies (GDPR, ISO 270001, anti-money laundering, UBO,…).
  • You assist in creation and implementation of risk related trainings (seminars, webinars,…)
Let’s Talk About You
  • You obtained a Master or Bachelor degree in Law;
  • A strong knowledge in commercial law is required;
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in legal contracting;
  • A prior experience in Quality & Risk matters is an asset;
  • Your communication skills are excellent
  • You are able to work in a demanding environment with high-level projects demands;
  • You are a real team player and your reliability, flexibility, co-operation and respect for others make sure you can build strong relationships with your stakeholders;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a very good knowledge of English
