Our client is a leading company in the Fintech sector looking for their Legal and Compiance Officer;

Job Description:

  • Be incharge ofal the legal and compliance subjects;
  • Provide legal guidance;
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts;
  • Data Protection (GDPR);
  • Collaborating with the Sales Teams;
  • Ensuring Conformity and the review of Laws, Policies, Regulations and Procedures
  • Verfication of Operational Transparency;
  • Necessary Governance Requirements;

Your Profile:

  • Master Degree in Law is a must;
  • You have a first relevant experience in the legal field;
  • You have experience in Data protection;
  • You have a big interest in Information security;
  • You are a Team-player;
  • You are aware of Details;
  • You are Proactive and always think ahead;
  • You are willing to take new challenges and you are not afraid to go out of your comfort zone;
  • You are a Problem-solver with analytical skills;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • Dutch and/or French are a big a plus;
