For a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry who is located in Zaventem, we are looking for a talented, motivated and driven Logistics and Supply Chain employee m/f.

As a Logistics and Supply Chain employee you will be delivering best in class service to the customers and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. In this exciting and diverse role, you will be accountable for end-to-end logistic delivery and order management in order to deliver medicines from manufacturing plants to patients on time. You’ll help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what’s possible and taking action.

As a supply chain employee you carry out activities involved in distribution and order centers’ receipt and filling of customer orders. These would include requesting shipment of product to global markets, and ensuring efficient order processes and procedures being in place.
Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.
Furthermore you conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey, prepare analysis and follow up with action plans.
You manage the order fulfilment process, ensure the proper contract is being applied, provide budget management support, create and distribute order fulfilment reports to relevant stakeholders.
You analyze transactions for source of error, re-process corrected transaction, and implement needed corrective actions to You provide deduction resolution and assist customers and field sales with credit held orders.
You monitor and resolve customer complaints regarding failed, incorrect or missing ASNs.
You perform ongoing master data maintenance activities required for effective order management, DSA execution, and reporting accuracy.
Lastly you ensure timely application of import and export licenses, also link documents in System Application and Products.

Profiel

Your profile:

  • You have very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • You have experience in a customer facing role delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a supply chain related discipline. Experience in logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management is great plus
  • You have knowledge of import and customs clearance activities
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • You have experience in operating within a GMP/GDP environment
  • Previous experience in Pharma Industry is a great asset
  • You are a strong team player, who is comfortable in cross functional teams to achieve a common goal
  • You have a customer oriented mind-set with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile for clients
