Functieomschrijving Your Duties As An Administrative Assistant Are- You are responsible for the processing of transport orders.
- You plan and assign the transport to the right parties, according to commercial agreements made.
- You ensure that the planning is planned as efficiently as possible.
- You inform the carrier of the correct transport instructions and help with problems.
- You register everything in the ERP system.
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or you have knowledge of logistics processes or the transport sector. As a recent graduate, an internship or student job certainly counts.
- You are stress resistant and able to deal with unexpected things on a daily basis.
- You are customer-oriented and communicative.
- You can express yourself very fluently in English.
For a stable logistics player, I am looking for a temporary administrative employee in the planning department with a strong knowledge of English.
