Verbatim Pharma are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a pharmaceutical logistics company.
Logistics experience is essential, cold-chain and pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable.
If you have previous experience with import/exports, logistics admin, customer service and logistics order processing this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
· Working with key accounts to provide a consistent high level of customer service.
·To monitor all shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are collected and delivered within agreed periods.
· Working with customers, internal & external, on daily basis with the aim of developing an excellent working relationship.
· Booking and processing booking requests within Companies internal database, generating and verifying shipping documentation where applicable.
· Liaise with all relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Companies network to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
· Working all Companies offices and Local Service Providers to ensure the Logistics transfer is handled efficiently thus meeting desired turnaround times.
· Answering and dealing with all patient, Investigator and general telephone and e- mail requests from external customers and internal offices/agents.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
