Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Logistic Assistant to join our Logistic team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities :
  • Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary: communication with internal and external providers, shipping supplies to sites, etc;
  • Maintain inventory updated;
  • Coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs;
  • Coordinate and order material for Clinical trials
  • Kit Assembly
  • Tracking, receiving, unpacking, and scanning of Diagnostic Specimens
Qualifications :
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • 2 years’ of industry experience in related similar position is welcome
  • Prior supply chain management experience in Clinical Trials is preferred;
  • Knowledge of transport - customs terminology;
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is desired.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel;
  • Team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
