My Client is seeking a Reliability & Asset Engineer for its fast-growing production facility.

The Role:

As a Reliability & Asset Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the reliability and availability of production equipment. Your key tasks will include:

  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing production performance and equipment failure data to identify improvement opportunities, using automation and advanced techniques to streamline this process.
  • Life Cycle Management: Evaluating production equipment throughout its life cycle and proposing sustainable solutions to optimize performance.
  • Implementation: Overseeing the execution of improvement initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Developing and implementing maintenance programs to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
  • Technical Support: Providing hands-on support to maintenance and operational teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Documentation: Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance manuals.
  • Data Management: Developing and maintaining databases and dashboards to track equipment reliability and share insights and best practices with internal and international teams.
  • Leadership Backup: Acting as a backup for the maintenance department leader when needed and reporting to the maintenance manager.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field, with a strong interest and experience in an industrial environment.
  • Broad technical knowledge (electricity, mechanics, automation, hydraulics, energy) rather than deep specialization.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with a focus on efficiency and automation.
