Will you join our Rackstar team?

At stow Robotics we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Management Assistant. This is a vital role within our company and you will assist our Robotics CEO in all matters regarding planning, internal & external meeting preparations, travel arrangements and accommodations, board presentations, managing incoming and outgoing communication,...

You will also be the first point of contact when our CEO is not available and will be working from our offices in the area of Zele

What do we expect from you?

  • A can-do mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Managing and maintaining calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organisation of meetings and events
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications as well as answering, filter and forward incoming calls
  • Receiving and interacting with potential incoming visitors
  • Providing administrative support: preparing correspondence, editing and translating documents and presentations, planning,...
  • Delivery of written content for social media, LinkedIn, internal communications, ...

Furthermore, we are looking for a colleague with following skillset

  • Able to communicate (both written and spoken) in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of German is certainly a plus
  • You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • You are proactive, adaptive and a real team-player
  • You can cope with stress, are highly discreet and able to respect confidentiality of meeting discussions
