Roles & Responsibilities

As Banking & Insurance Manager, you will be involved on client projects covering the client’s main business challenges : from business transformations, streamlining of operating processes, cost optimizations, digitalization, and new technologies, improving customer experience, organizational changes, etc. You will therefore be assisting C-level executives and Financial Services Clients in their long-term goals by bringing top sustainable added value to the company at large.

Your main tasks & responsibilities will consist out of
  • Advising and supporting C-level executives of bank and insurance companies
  • Leading and delivering large and complex multidisciplinary programs;
  • Improving operational efficiency by rethinking customer processes and experiences to meet new expectations.
  • Accelerating innovation and synergies with FinTechs;
  • Participating in the development of the clients’ service offering and contribute to its expansion into the market;
  • Maintaining relations with clients and the financial services community in general;
  • Managing project teams and coaching of staff members.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a strong analytical mind and are result driven
  • You can communicate transparently and with impact (in Dutch or French and English)
  • You are able to work independently and in a team
  • You are flexible and can adapt your organization (remote work, one-site…) according to circumstances and needs (client needs…)
Program, Project and Process Management (PMO, SCRUM framework, Agile Methodology, Lean Management,…) are part of your daily work.
  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in the Banking/Insurance sector ideally in strategic and/or management consulting.

Following domains sound familiar to you:
  • Financial Services business process analysis, modelling, automation and improvement.
  • Financial Services customer, market, product and distribution analysis. Organizational, process and business application architecture design for Banks/Financial Services.
  • Transformation (digital, post-merger integration, core banking platforms…) projects

  • You have a Master degree in Applied Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Informatics or an equivalent.
