The Swatch Group Ltd is an international group active in the manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements and components. Swatch Group supplies nearly all components required for the watches sold by its 17 brands as Breguet, Harry Winston, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, Jaquet Droz, Léon Hatot, Omega, Longines, Rado, Union Glashütte, Tissot, Balmain, Certina, Mido, Hamilton, Swatch and Flik Flak.

Develop and roll out marketing- and PR strategy and tactics for the brand OMEGA, aimed at the BeNeLux market. You follow guidelines and procedures offered by headquarters based on the Company vision and the targets and objectives of the Business Plan, the Marketing & PR plan, and the Digital activation. This with respect for the available resources, in order to create and reach the targeted sales and profit performance, to increase the market share and to improve the brand awareness.

Together with your colleagues in the marketing team, you take care of all digital, marketing and PR activities for OMEG. You report directly to the OMEGA Brand Manager BeNeLux.

• are fluent in Dutch, French and in English (spoken & written)
• are a digital native and have very good knowledge of social media
• are proactive and like taking initiative
• dynamic, flexible, creative, social, stress-resistant
• have strong organizational and analytical skills
• are a marketeer with a strong commercial mindset and attitude
• think on a Master-level
• have 3-5 years of experience in digital / marketing / communication roles or similar.
• are a digital native and have very good knowledge of social media
• don’t mind finding your way in HQ and corporate guidelines & procedures
• have an excellent knowledge of MS office programs, ideally also PowerBI, SAP, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• are able to work independently but also be able to manage other persons and act as a team player
• have experience in managing digital projects and steering project teams

• are fluent in Dutch, French and in English (spoken & written)
