We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Lead Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the ability to advise clients on data engineering solutions. This role involves participating in the RFP bidding process, overseeing project execution & completion, and providing training to interns and junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in data engineering projects, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Advise clients on data engineering solutions and best practices, leveraging Microsoft tools and platforms
  • Participate in the RFP bidding process to secure new projects
  • Ensure project follow-up and successful completion
  • Conduct training sessions for interns and junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in data engineering and project management
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Fabric & Databricks
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in project follow-up and ensuring project success
