Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant you will work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. Within your role as a Migration Factory Associate Consultant in the Hybrid Cloud team you will:

• Engage in the solutioning and delivery of our complex migration, move and modernization cloud-related projects. Working in partnership with the wider project team, you will assist with the overall technology strategy.
• Build ecosystem tools to assist in achieving net-zero decarbonisation targets, digital farming platforms and much more.
• Building migration solutions for hybrid cloud platforms, execute migration strategies around rehosting, refactoring, rearchitecting, replatforming and containerization.
• Develop migration solutions for hybrid cloud platform (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud) with client representatives (Client consultants, CIO office, Client SME, Client Program management)
• Grow towards leading a project team (if you choose to follow the PM track) for delivering a solution to the client as per terms and conditions for the project according to the SOW/ contract. You will gradually assume more responsibilities for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Over time you will learn and apply project management techniques and approach like garage method for cloud, design thinking, agile delivery model, and continuous modernization.
• Expand and apply your knowledge on refactoring, containerization, APIs, microservices creation, language conversion, database conversion, System of Engagement (SOE), System of Insight (SOI), System of Integration (SOI), System of Records (SOR).
